No client relationship is created by using this website or contacting us. A professional relationship begins only when we issue, and you accept, a written engagement letter setting out the scope, fees and terms of the work.
03Fees and payment
Fees for services are agreed in advance and confirmed in the engagement letter. Unless stated otherwise, fees are exclusive of GST and out-of-pocket expenses. Invoices are payable within the period stated on the invoice.
04Client responsibilities
You are responsible for providing complete, accurate and timely information and records. Our work, filings and advice rely on the information you provide, and we are not liable for consequences arising from inaccurate or incomplete information or from delays in providing it.
05Professional standards
We provide services in accordance with the applicable standards, guidelines and code of ethics of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) and relevant Indian law.
06Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law and professional regulation, our liability for any engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be excluded by law.
07Intellectual property

08Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Thane, Maharashtra have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
